Yesterday for the first time in a VERY long time (quite possibly first time ever) I bought a dress with the S symbol on the label. Ok so it is s/m - but when the dress only comes in s/m or m/l then s/m is THE SMALLEST size. It felt fantastic after I’d left the shop knowing that I’d got a SMALL dress in my bag and that it fitted. I’ve been doing Slimming World for nearly a year and I'm ever so impressed at myself for getting to this stage. I have been on weight loss plans in the past and have been lighter than I currently am however I don’t recall buying smaller clothes back then. I was a poor graduate and partying got a higher priority than buying clothes that fit. Since then I’ve been on the larger size and have always shied away from shops that grade their clothes by letter rather than number so being able to purchase and wear something in a size small just feels amazing.
